United Care LLC is seeking Level I Caregivers to provide essential daily support in home or residential settings. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while documenting care and following prescribed plans.

The role emphasizes empathy, dependability, and adherence to safety and health guidelines, including background checks and screenings. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required for community-based care.

Qualifications

• Completion of 15 hours of caregiver training credits prior to the first day.
• Ability to follow care plans and work effectively under supervision.
• Patience, empathy, and compassion for residents with diverse care needs.
• Dependability and trustworthiness to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Strong problem-solving and observational skills to recognize and report changes in resident health or behavior.
• Capability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation.
• Offer companionship by engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Support residents with mobility needs including transferring and walking assistance.
• Observe and report changes in resident health or behavior to supervisor.
• Follow care plans and accurately document services provided.
• Provide transportation or accompany residents to medical appointments and activities.
