Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Henderson is seeking caring caregivers/housekeepers to support seniors at home. No clinical background is required for entry-level roles; training is provided.

Positions include light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship, with opportunities to grow into more responsibilities as client needs expand. We welcome experienced caregivers and offer a path to increased hours, flexible scheduling, orientation, and ongoing hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or experienced caregivers with senior care, home care, hospitality, or customer service background.
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Open to learning caregiving skills (training provided for entry-level)

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Meal preparation and kitchen assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Medication reminders and monitoring health
• Warm companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Encouraging mobility and safety
• End-of-life and comfort care for experienced caregivers
• Running errands or grocery shopping
• Collaborating with families and care coordinators
• Supporting clients with dignity and respect
