Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or prior caregiving/home health aide experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly.
