Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and monitor wellbeing.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Build real relationships and empower participants to live independently.
• Help participants participate in community activities and daily living skills.
• Maintain safety and documentation as required.
