Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and achieve developmental goals.
