Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. The role offers a pay rate of $10.00–$10.50 per hour and full benefits for full-time staff.

You’ll assist with personal care, help participants set and reach goals, and engage them in community activities while building meaningful relationships. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and six months of human services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
