Job summary

Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will help with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and help participants participate in community activities, building meaningful relationships to promote independence.

The role offers $9.00 per hour with a full benefits package for full-time employees, including paid time off, a 401(k) with a 3% company match, and ongoing training to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and provide support to engage with the community.
