Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with participants and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges or complex needs in a respectful manner.
• Encourage and help participants participate in community activities and routines.
• Maintain documentation and monitor participant well-being and progress.
