Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
