Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Support participants in personal development goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Be proactive in helping participants be part of the community and engage in favorite activities.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
