Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is hiring a compassionate caregiver in Bothell. Earn $21–$23/hour with 10:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts, and flexible schedules including part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include companionship, mobility assistance, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. All offers are contingent on background checks.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of enrollment in a training program.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments, walks, and outings.
• Report changes or unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
