Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bothell seeks compassionate caregivers for seniors. Positions include HCA or CNA roles with shifts from 12–20 hours weekly and potential up to 40 hours based on client needs.

Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time opportunities, offering $21–$23/hour, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, sick leave, and free training. Candidates must have reliable transportation and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification or enrollment in a training program.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments, walks, and outings.
• Report changes or unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
