Job summary

TerraBella Lake Norman is hiring Caregivers to join our community. The Caregiver's role includes providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

• Communication with Residents, management, and co-workers is essential.
• Superior customer service skills are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a care setting.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
