Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and care needs. You will collaborate with the health services team to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for seniors in our communities.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, and daily tasks, while documenting care and reporting changes. A caregiver with first aid/CPR, a high school diploma, and caregiver certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid / CPR certification is required.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Provide meals, housekeeping, and laundry assistance as needed.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor and document care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies and follow procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and confidentially policies.
