Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a caring CNA or caregiver in Los Angeles to assist residents with daily living activities, under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living. You will provide high-quality resident care in a warm, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED.
• First Aid / CPR certification required.
• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to speak English.
• Able to promote a positive working environment and encourage teamwork.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and alarms.
• Document care and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support meals, housekeeping, and laundry as needed.
• Attend training and team meetings.
