Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking Care Givers to join our Spartanburg community. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support, ensuring a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting resident independence. Prior experience with seniors is preferred, and strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas
• Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating)
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities
