Job summary

Senior Resource Group in El Cajon, CA is seeking dedicated caregivers to respond to resident needs, assist with daily living activities, and work as part of a care team. You will be trained if needed and scheduled for a 5-2 rotation, with an anticipated wage of $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Any caregiving experience is great but not required!
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly. Training will be provided for suitable applicants.
• Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.).
• Transport residents as necessary, assisting them into and out of bed and wheelchairs.
• Listen to residents and engage with their stories and experiences.
• Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
• Teamwork is essential and a strong work ethic is required.
• Communicate respectfully and maintain dignity and safety at all times.
