Job summary

Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver for REM Community Services in Madison, WI. You’ll provide person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live well, stay engaged, and participate fully in their communities.

Join a mission-driven team that values relationships, growth, and stability. A high school diploma and six months in human services are preferred; vehicle access and a valid driver's license are also expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities
