Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Maintain a safe, clean, home-like environment and respond to call bells promptly.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Document observations and notify supervisor of changes in care needs.
