Suite Living Senior Care in Maple Grove, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who strive to provide person-centered care for seniors. You will work directly with residents to deliver personalized support and brighten each day.

We value dedication and empathy, with opportunities to train and grow under experienced leadership. Flexible shifts include AM, PM, and NOC, with weekend availability for both part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
