Legend Senior Living in McKinney, TX is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment.

You will assist with personal care, grooming, meals, and social interactions; document shifts and communicate needs to the Health Care Director, while joining a team recognized as a Great Place To Work.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct resident care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Confidentially communicating needs and concerns to the Health Care Director for the next shift.
