Legend Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in Flower Mound, Texas. As part-time team member, you will help with personal care, meals, mobility, and social engagement in a warm, resident-focused environment.

You will work closely with the nursing team to monitor comfort and well-being, document tasks, and maintain clear communication.

Qualifikationen

• Compassion and empathy required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, and meals.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond to needs.
• Document daily shift notes and resident records clearly and promptly.
• Communicate urgent needs to the Health Care Director and coordinate with staff.
