Abound Health is hiring Caregivers/DSPs to deliver Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services in North Carolina. Part-time and full-time roles available across Mooresville, Davidson, Troutman, and Statesville.

Responsibilities include promoting client outcomes, facilitating activities, maintaining treatment plans, and providing caregiver relief. Requirements include age 18+, HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and passing background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Lifting may be required depending on client needs.
• CPR/First Aid Certification Training provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms.
• Assist client participation in leisure and recreational activities.
• Maintain a schedule of services and report health and safety status.
• Provide respite and companionship to family or caregiver.
• Complete documentation and payroll data per deadlines.
• Perform initial and ongoing staff training and development.
