Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Concord, NC to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules, paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, a $1,000 signing bonus, and opportunities for growth within a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily living tasks.
• Assist with community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Support clients in learning new skills using adaptive tools.
• Monitor health and safety while offering a supportive environment.
• Maintain documentation and scheduling; communicate with the Abound Health team and families.
