Job summary

Elite Personal Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care for clients in daily living activities. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and health monitoring, while ensuring safety and dignity. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Physical stamina and ability to assist clients with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Aid in mobility and transportation for clients.
• Support meal preparation and follow dietary guidelines.
• Monitor health and document changes in condition.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain records.
• Communicate with families and healthcare providers about care plans.
