• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance required by licensure.
• Food handlers' certification is required.
• First aid certification is required.
• Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensures residents' care needs are met.
• Records care provided in the Matrix EMR system and follows medication procedures.
• Responds to medical emergencies with basic first aid and follows protocol.
• Assists with meal service, monitors food intake and helps residents during mealtimes.
• Transports residents with appropriate assistance and encourages participation in social activities.
• Reports changes in resident condition to the Assisted Living Director and maintain confidentiality.
• Assists with training new staff, supports resident care plans, and ensures proper safety and infection control measures.
