Home Instead in California is urgently hiring experienced caregivers. You’ll provide companionship and personal care to clients in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Los Gatos. Pay is $20.50-$21.25 per hour with weekly pay and benefits for eligible employees. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing training available.

You’ll work 3–12 hour shifts, build relationships, and receive support from a dedicated office team 24/7, with opportunities to learn and grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Willing to work with clients for consistent shifts
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities required
• Complete any compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing and incontinence support
