River Ridge Retirement Village - Leisure Living is seeking a Caregiver for part-time 1st and 2nd shifts. Starting pay is $16 per hour, increasing to $17 after medication training.

On-site benefits include medication passing courses, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, charting, weights and vitals, and supporting residents with activities and requests.

Qualifications

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion
• Review eMAR each shift for timely med administration
• Review new orders for accuracy and update eMAR
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans
• Respond to call lights and alarms promptly
• Observe and report resident changes to care team
• Maintain cleanliness per schedule
• Obtain weights and vitals
• Assist in training new employees
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

Responsabilités

• Provide comfort, safety and supervision to residents
• Partner with residents to deliver requested assistance
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors
• Participate in or lead planned activities with Life Enrichment team
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting
• Support meal setup and cleanup as needed
