Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Medication reminders: provide reminders for medications according to prescribed schedules and support routines.
- Meal preparation and nutrition: assist with meal planning and preparation, monitor nutrition and hydration.
- Companionship and social interaction: engage clients in conversations and accompany them to appointments and activities.
- Health monitoring: observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team; document care provided.
