Visiting Angels Northeast Mississippi is urgently hiring Caregivers to support seniors in Tupelo and surrounding communities, including Holly Springs. The office provides opportunities across Northeast Mississippi with shifts and competitive pay starting at $12.00/hr, based on experience.

The role involves assisting with medications, mobility, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping, while offering compassionate companionship and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Experience in home or elder care is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with medications as prescribed.
• Support mobility and transfers around the home.
• Help with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with routine exercises and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input where able.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide companionship and report incidents or emergencies promptly.
