Job summary

Executive Home Care of North County Coastal is expanding its in-home care services to North County and Inland Empire, seeking compassionate caregivers to join a dedicated team. You will provide high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.

We offer competitive pay ($19–$23 per hour), flexible scheduling, 4–12 hour shifts, ongoing training, PPE when needed, referral bonuses, and free uniforms. Join a supportive team focused on safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate, and reliable.
• Respectful and patient with clients.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
• Comfortable following individualized care plans.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care as needed.
• Mobility and daily activity assistance.
• Medication reminders as prescribed.
• Meal preparation and hydration support.
• Companionship and emotional support for clients.
• Transportation or accompaniment to appointments and activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a client’s condition.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan.
