Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic personality.

• Ability to follow individualized care plans and provide person-centered care.
• Commitment to treating every client with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance – Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Medication Reminders – Assist clients in staying on schedule with their prescribed medications.
• Meal Preparation & Nutrition – Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship – Provide conversation, emotional support, and companionship during appointments or activities.
• Health Monitoring – Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate care team.
