Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or eldercare experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dining, mobility, toileting, and daily routines.
• Provide light housekeeping and ensure resident comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' needs to Wellness Leader.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and adherence to policies.
