Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Valparaiso is seeking a Caring Caregiver / Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors and adults in need. You will work closely with clients and families to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in their familiar surroundings.

This role offers part-time or full-time schedules with weekend or holiday availability, flexible hours, and a chance to make a meaningful difference every day through personalized care, companionship, and practical

Qualifications

Proven ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.

Responsibilities
