Companions & Homemakers is seeking caring individuals to provide non-medical home care across Connecticut. You will follow each client's plan of care, transport to activities, help with daily tasks, and offer companionship in a supportive home setting.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach are essential. Flexible shifts include weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in options, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience or related role is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Able to demonstrate compassion and patience in home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care per client Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and groceries.
• Support dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document care provided and follow reminders.
