Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test may be available.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide verbal and/or physical prompts to support daily activities and promote independent living.
• Accurately document progress toward individual goals and maintain logs during each shift.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
