Qualifications

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and assistance with errands and appointments.
• Assist with mobility activities according to the plan of care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.
