Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northern Colorado is hiring experienced caregivers to support seniors in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and possible overnights. Earn $18.00-$21.00 per hour with shift and weekend differentials.

We offer 15–40 hours per week, with full-time caregivers (30+ hours) earning full benefits. Benefits include healthcare, mileage pay, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and 24/7 support from the office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to transport clients and arrive on time.
• Ability to use electronic clock-in/out & care documentation system via caregiver mobile app on a smart phone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with seniors, families, and staff.
• Provide personal care duties (bathing, mobility, transfers, incontinence care, reminders, oral hygiene, feeding, grooming).
• Provide companionship (conversation, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, laundry, organizing mail).
• Support aging in place with quality care and follow family or staff instructions.
