Brookdale Senior Living is seeking caregivers to provide direct care to residents, supporting daily living activities with compassion and dignity. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping, while engaging residents in meaningful conversations.

Training or certification may be required by state regulations. We offer evening and night shift differentials, free lunch/dinner, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsabilités

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs, as well as help with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.
