CareBuilders at Home – Inland Empire CA is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide companionship and assistance to individuals who need help with daily activities in their own homes.

You will assist with daily living tasks, offer emotional support, and help with light housekeeping while ensuring a safe, comfortable environment and respectful care. Training and career advancement opportunities accompany a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior; ensure a safe environment.
