Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide in-home non-medical assistance and companionship. You will help with daily activities, offer emotional support, and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and light tasks; valid driver license if required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior; ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
