Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Compassionate, resident-focused customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care for residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding assistance.
• Perform daily checks, monitor well-being, and respond to calls promptly.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in activities.
• Notify supervisors of increased care needs and document care.
