Job summary

First Hope Home Care in Colorado is seeking reliable caregivers to join our growing team, providing non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors in their own homes.

The role includes personal care tasks, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation support, with options for full-time, part-time, live-in, overnight shifts, and PRN. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and agency policies
