Job summary

First Hope Home Care in Colorado is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team, delivering non-medical care and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes.

You will assist with personal care, provide emotional support, prepare meals, help with mobility, and follow care plans while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment. Competitive pay $18–$20/hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and agency policies
