Stand Out Home Care is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to provide hands-on daily living support in clients\' homes. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship, while upholding safety and dignity.

No formal caregiving experience is required—training is provided. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed, as is a dependable, punctual, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred but not required — we provide training.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor
• Must be dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support — bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting assistance
• Companionship — conversation, engagement, emotional support
• Meal Preparation — cooking simple meals, encouraging nutrition
• Light Housekeeping — laundry, tidying, organizing
• Medication Reminders — non-clinical prompting only
• Mobility Assistance — transfers, walking support
• Errands & Transportation — grocery shopping, appointments
• Documentation — accurate shift notes and client updates
