Job summary

Right at Home in Texas is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care. You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, and safety, while building meaningful relationships with clients.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, and bi-weekly pay. A valid license or certification is preferred, with background checks and driving eligibility required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a facility or with an in-home care agency.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Own a reliable vehicle for transportation; valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and mobility within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, and bathrooms.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Escort clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders and support ROM exercises.
• Dementia care and companionship activities such as reading or listening to music.

Education
