Job summary

Right at Home is urgently hiring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support clients in Texas. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and bi-weekly pay with bonuses and travel time between visits.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in care, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license. CNA/HHA/PCA certifications are preferred, and a background check plus drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Must have 2+ years in a facility or in-home care.
• CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
• Own a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, dishes, bathroom cleaning).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support ROM exercises and dementia care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music, puzzles, etc.
