Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide in-home support and promote independence, safety, and well-being for clients in Alabama. You will perform essential personal care tasks and support daily living activities with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Requires high school diploma.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Monitor health changes and report to family/supervisor.
• Document care provided and daily activities.
