Job summary

Waterford at Round Rock, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a caring Nursing Aide to support assisted living and memory care residents. Join a team dedicated to quality care and resident well-being in a warm community setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, help with meals, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living and medications per care plan.
• Escort residents within the building and outside, as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence
