Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living in Ohio seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to join a caring team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, promote dignity and safety, and support independence under supervision.

We value teamwork, excellent service, and ongoing training. Requirements include HS diploma and CNA certification preferred; 18+; prior elder care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
